the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget.

in Kanto Koushinetsu area in terms of

qualification for participating in tenders

by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure,

Transport and Tourism (Single qualifica-

tion for every ministry and agency) in the

fiscal year 2025/2026/2027

③not be under suspension of nomination

by Director-General of Geospatial Infor-

mation Authority of Japan from Time-

limit for submission of certificate to Bid

Opening

④acquire the electric certificate in case

of using the Electronic Procurement sys-

tem
