次のとおり物品の導入を予定していますので、
当該導入に関して資料等の提供を招請します。

(5)調達に必要とされる要求要件
〈要求要件〉
①現在運用しているスマートフォン
(NTT docomo Galaxy A225G1.120
台、iPhone-SE180台)を円滑に更新で
き、業務を維持・遂行できるスマート
フォンの更新計画を提案すること。
②FMCを用いた内線網が構築できるこ
と。
③既設の内線網(固定IP電話、PHS
など)と内線通話が可能であること。
④既設の構内無線LANシステムに接続
し通信できること。
⑤センターが指定したアプリ(業務用ア
プリを含む)を使用できること。
⑥十分な情報セキュリティ対策を実施で
きること。
⑦既存機器の更新に関して、機種変更ま
たは新規契約を比較検討できる情報資料
を提供すること。
⑧納入時のキッティング及び端末配布、
契約期間中の運用に対する支援を行うこ

⑨1台、1か月あたり30分の無料通話お
よび1GBvteのパケット通信が可能であ
り、全契約台数で共有できること。
⑩不具合、故障、紛失などの際に理由を
問わず無償交換できること。
⑪MDMを導入すること。
⑫上記の要件を満たすハードウェア・ソ
フトウェアを準備すること。
2資料及びコメントの提供方法上記1(2)の物
品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同(5)の要求要
件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライプ
ラリーに関する資料等の提供を招請する。

3説明書の交付本公表に基づき応募する供給
者に対して導入説明書を交付する。
(1)交付期間令和7年6月20日から令和7年
7月22日まで。
(2)交付場所上記2(2)に同じ,

よる。なお、本公表内容は予定であり、変更す
る事があり得る。
5 Summary
(1)Classification of the products to be pro-
cured:71,28
(2)Nature and quantity of the product to be
purchased : Portable Telephone (Smartp-
hone) 1,260 units and Equipment 1 Set
(3) Type of the procurement : Purchase
(4)Delivery period: From September2026
through August2029
(5) Required conditions :
①Propose a plan for updating smartp-
hones that can smoothly replace the cur-
rently used smartphones (NTT docomo
Galaxy A225G1,120units, iPhone-SE
180units) and maintain and carry out bu-
siness operations
②Build an extension network using FMC
③ Make internal calls with existing inter-
nal networks (fixed IP phones, PHS, etc.)
④ Connect and communicate with the ex-
isting wireless LAN system in the prem-
1ses
⑤Use applications (including business
applications) designated by our institute
⑥Implement adequate security measures
⑦ Provide information about the advan
tages and disadvantages of upgrading de-
vices and its new contract, respectively
⑧Support for kitting, distributing
smartphones and conducting their opera-
tion during the contract period
⑨Make free calls for30minutes and
1GByte packet communication per de-
vice month. Shareable on all devices
⑩Allow free replacement for any loss or
damage
⑪Implement MDM
⑫Provide hardware and software which
fulfill the aforementioned requirements
