(6)入札方法入札金額は上記1(2)に関する総
価で行う。なお、本件については入札の際に
提案書を提出し、技術審査を受けなければな
らない。落札決定に当たっては、入札書に記
載された金額に当該金額の10パーセントに相
当する額を加算した金額(当該金額に1円未
満の端数があるときは、その端数金額を切り
捨てるものとする。)をもって落札価格とする
ので、入札者は、消費税及び地方消費税に係
る課税事業者であるか免税事業者であるかを
問わず、見積もった契約金額の110分の100に
相当する金額を入札書に記載すること。
2競争参加資格
(1)予算決算及び会計令(以下「予決令」とい
う。)第70条及び第71条の規定に該当しない者
であること。なお、未成年者、被保佐人又は
被補助人であって、契約締結のために必要な
同意を得ている者は、第70条中、特別の理由
がある場合に該当する。
(2)令和7・8・9年度経済産業省競争参加資
格(全省庁統一資格)「役務の提供等」の「A」、
「B」、「C」又は「D」の等級に格付けされ
ている者であって「情報処理」の営業品目を
選択した者であること.
(3)経済産業省からの補助金交付等停止措置又
は指名停止措置が講じられている者ではない
こと。
(4)過去3年以内に情報管理の不備を理由に経
済産業省との契約を解除されている者ではな
いこと。
