(1)契約手続において使用する言語及び通貨

(3)入札者に要求される事項この一般競争に
参加を希望する者は、入札説明書に示す製造
工場届等を作成し、提出期限までに提出する
こと。提出された製造工場届等を支出負担行
為担当官が審査した結果、この公告に示した
作業を履行することができると認められた者
に限り、入札に参加することができるものと
する。
なお、提出した製造工場届等について説明
を求められたときは、これに応じなければな
らない。
(4)入札の無効この公告に示した競争参加資
格のない者のした入札及び入札に関する条件
に違反した入札は、無効とする。
(5)契約書作成の要否要
(6)落札者の決定方法この公告に示した作業
を履行することができると支出負担行為担当
官が判断した入札者であって、予算決算及び
会計令第79条の規定に基づいて作成された予
定価格の制限の範囲内で最低価格をもって有
効な入札を行った者を落札者とする。
(7)手続における交渉の有無無
(8)電子調達システムの利用本件は、電子調
達システムを利用することができる案件であ
る。

5 Summary

purchased : Manufacturing of spring jacket
of immigration officers for men and 7 other

ed later.
(6)Qualification for participating in the ten-
dering procedures: Suppliers eligible for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall: ①Not come under Article
70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Bud-
get, Auditing and Accounting. Further-
more, minors, Person under Conservator-
ship or Person under Assistance that ob-
tained the consent necessary for concluding
a contract may be applicable under cases of
special reasons within the said clause. 2
Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet
Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and
Accounting. ③Have Grade A or B "Manu-
facture of product" in terms of the qualifi-
cation for participating in tenders laid
down by Ministry of Justice (Single qualifi-
cation for every ministry and agency) for
the purpose of procurement in the fiscal
year of 2025,2026,2027, Or Have Grade C in
"Manufacture of product" in terms of the
qualification for participating in tenders
laid down by Ministry of Justice (Single
qualification for every ministry and agen-
cy) for the purpose of procurement in the
fiscal year of 2025, 2026,2027 and have a
record of Manufacturing textile contract
concerned of more than equal. ④Meet the
qualification requirements which the Ob-
ligating Officer may specify in accordance
with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order.
