(6)入札方法入札金額は、1月当たりの単価
を記載すること。なお、落札決定に当たって
は、入札書に記載された金額に当該金額の10
パーセントに相当する額を加算した金額を
もって落札価格とするので、入札者は、消費
税及び地方消費税に係る課税事業者であるか
免税事業者であるかを問わず、見積もった契
約金額の110分の100に相当する金額を入札書
に記載すること。
2競争参加資格
(1)人間文化研究機構契約事務取扱規則第5条
及び第6条の規定に該当しない者であるこ
と。なお、未成年者、被保佐人又は被補助人
であって、契約締結のために必要な同意を得
ている者は、同条中、特別の理由がある場合
に該当する。
(2)国の競争参加資格(全省庁統一資格)にお
いて令和7年度に近畿地域の「役務の提供等」
のA、B又はC等級に格付けされている者で
あること。なお、当該競争参加資格について
は、令和7年3月31日付け号外政府調達第57
号の官報の競争参加者の資格に関する公示の
別表に掲げる申請受付窓口において随時受け
付けている。
(3)本公告に示した物品を第三者をして貸付け
ようとする者にあっては、当該物品を自ら貸
付けできる能力を有するとともに、第三者を
して貸付けできる能力を有することを証明し
た者、借入物品に係るメンテナンスの体制が
整備されていることを証明した者であるこ

(4)人間文化研究機構の契約事務取扱規則第7
条の規定に基づき、人間文化研究機構長が定
める資格を有する者であること。
(5)機構長から取引停止の措置を受けている期
間中の者でないこと。

(1)契約手続において使用する言語及び通貨

(3)入札者に要求される事項この一般競争に
参加を希望する者は、封印した入札書に本公
告に示した物品を貸付けできることを証明す
る書類を添付して入札書の受領期限までに提
出しなければならない。入札者は、開札日の
前日までの間において、機構長から当該書類
に関し説明を求められた場合は、それに応じ
なければならない。
(4)入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者の提出した入札書、入札者に求めら
れる義務を履行しなかった者の提出した入札
書、その他入札説明書による。
(5)契約書作成の要否要。
(6)落札者の決定方法本公告に示した物品を
貸付けできると機構長が判断した入札者で
あって、人間文化研究機構契約事務取扱規則
第13条の規定に基づいて作成された予定価格
の制限の範囲内で最低価格をもって有効な入
札を行った入札者を落札者とする。
(7)手続における交渉の有無無。
(8)その他詳細は、入札説明書による。なお、
入札説明書等で当該調達に関する環境上の条
件を定めた調達であると示されている場合
は、十分理解した上で応札すること。

A not come under Article 5 and of the
Regulation concerning the Contract for
National Institutes for the Humanities
Furthermore, minors, Person under Con-
servatorship or Person under Assistance
that obtained the consent necessary for
concluding a contract may be applicable
under cases of special reasons within the
said clause,
B have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C
qualification during fiscal2025 in the
Kinki area in offer of services for partici-
pating in tenders by Single qualification
for every ministry and agency,
C prove to have the ability to rent the
products concerned by themselves and by
a third party, should the products re-
quested through this notice be rent by a
third party, prove to have prepared a sys-
tem to provide maintenance for the rent
products.
D meet the qualification requirements
which Director General National Insti-
tutes for the Humanities may specify in
accordance with Article 7 of the Regula-
tion.
