(6)入札方法入札金額は、各社において設定
する契約電力に対する単一の単価(月額)及
び使用電力量に対する単価(同一月における
時間帯別単価においては、それぞれ単一のも
のとする。)を記載すること。(小数点以下を含
むことができる。)落札の決定は、当院が提示
する予定使用電力量の対価を入札書に記載さ
れた入札金額に従って計算して総価で行うの
で、当該総価を上記の単価と併せて記載する
こと。
なお、落札決定に当たっては、入札書に記
載された金額に当該金額の10パーセントに相
当する額を加算した金額(当該金額に1円末
満の端数があるときは、その端数金額を切り
捨てるものとする。)をもって落札価格とする
ので、入札者は、消費税に係る課税事業者で
あるか免税事業者であるかを問わず、見積
もった契約金額の110分の100に相当する金額
を入札書に記載すること。
2競争参加資格
(1)独立行政法人国立病院機構契約事務取扱細
則(以下、契約細則という。)第5条の規定に
該当しない者であること。なお、未成年者、
被保佐人又は被補助人であっても、契約締結
のために必要な同意を得ているものは、同条
中、特別の理由がある場合に該当する。
(2)契約細則第6条の規定に該当しない者であ
ること。
(3)厚生労働省競争参加資格(全省庁統一資格)
「物品の販売」のA、B又はCの等級に格付
され、東海・北陸地域の競争参加資格を有す
ること。なお、当該競争参加資格については、
令和7年3月31日付け政府調達第57号の官報
の競争参加者の資格に関する公示の別表に掲
げる申請受付窓口において随時受け付けてい
る。
(4)電気事業法第2条の2の規定に基づき小売
電気事業の登録を受けているものであるこ
と。
(5)購入される電力を経理責任者が指定する日
時、場所に十分供給することができることを
証明した者であること。
(6)契約細則第4条の規定に基づき、経理責任
者が定める資格を有する者であること。

(4)入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格

札書は無効とする。
