本システムは、本学が利用する様々な情報
システムに対して柔軟かつ安全なユーザ認証
基盤および運用管理基盤を提供するコン
ピュータシステムである。少なくとも、(a)利
用者アカウントの一元管理機能、(b)学内及び
学外の情報システムとの認証連携機能、(c)学
外クラウドサービスに対する利用者情報連携
機能、(d)学生証および職員証の発行機能を提
供すること。また、利用者の認証においては、
多要素認証を行えること。
2資料及びコメントの提供方法上記1(2)の物
品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同(5)の要求要
件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライプ
ラリーに関する資料等の提供を招請する。

6 Summary

(4)Basic requirements of the procurement:
This infrastructure system is designed to
deliver flexible user authentication and sys-
tem management capabilities for various
university information systems. It should
support the following key features: (a)user
account management, (b)authentication fe
deration with multiple information systems,
(c)synchronization of user information with
third-party cloud services such as Microsoft
365and Google Workspace, and (d)issuance
of student and employee ID cards. Addition-
ally, the system must support multi-factor
authentication (MFA) using either Time-
based One-Time Passwords (TOTP) or the
FIDO2 standard.
