(6)入札方法落札決定に当たっては、入札書
に記載された金額に消費税法及び地方税法の
規定に定められた税率により算出された金額
を加算した金額(当該金額に1円未満の端数
があるときは、その端数金額を切り捨てるも
のとする。)をもって落札価格とするので、入
札者は、消費税及び地方消費税に係る課税事
業者であるか免税事業者であるかを問わず、
見積もった契約金額のうち消費税及び地方消
費税に相当する額を除いた金額を入札書に記
載すること。
なお、入札書の金額欄には円までを記載す
ること。
(7)電子入札システムの利用本案件は、入札
を電子入札システムで行う対象案件である。
なお、電子入札システムによりがたい場合
は、紙入札方式によることができる。
2競争参加資格
(1)独立行政法人国立印刷局購買等契約細則第
6条第1項第1号及び第2号の規定に該当し
ない者であること。
なお、未成年者、被保佐人又は被補助人で
あって、契約締結のために必要な同意を得て
いる者は、同条中、特別の理由がある場合に
該当する。
(2)警察当局から、暴力団員が実質的に経営を
支配する者又はこれに準ずる者として、購買
等契約からの排除要請があり、当該状況が継
続している者でないこと.
(3)独立行政法人国立印刷局購買等契約細則第
6条第2項の規定に該当しない者であるこ
と。
(4)令和7・8・9年度財務省競争参加資格
(全省庁統一資格)又は令和7・8・9年度
独立行政法人国立印刷局競争参加資格におい
て、業種区分が「物品の販売」であって、「A」、
「B」又は「C」の等級に格付された者、又
は当該競争参加資格を有しない者で、入札書
の受領期限までに競争参加資格審査を受け,
競争参加資格者名簿に登載され、当該区分及
び当該等級に格付された者であること。
