mencement of reorganization procee-
dings under the Corporate Reorganiza-
tion Act or the commencement of reha-
bilitation proceedings under the Civil Re-
habilitation Act (except those who have
done the procedure of reapplication
under the notification of the competing
participation qualification)
④ not be under suspension of nomination
by Director General of Kyushu Regional
Development Bureau from time limit for
the submission of application forms and
