A整形外科における人工関節置換術(股、
膝)において、術中にロボットアームによ
る制御で手術が行えるシステムであるこ
と。
B人工股関節全置換術(THA)人工膝関
節全置換術(THA)人工膝関節片側置換
術(UKA)に対応していること,
CCTデータを基にした術前計画が立案で
き、術者の判断により術中にその術前計画
の変更も可能であること。
D4KまたはHD対応のカメラシステムお
よびモニターを備え、高コントラストかつ
リアルタイムで鮮明な画像を提供できるこ
と。
E録画・静止画保存機能など、若手医師の
教育や手術記録の管理に活用できる拡張性
を有すること。
F血流評価や滑膜・腫瘍の可視化など、組
織の機能的評価を目的としたICG蛍光イ
メージング機能を有し、通常光との切り替
えが迅速かつスムーズに行えること。

6 Summary
(1) Classification of the products to be pro-

(4) Basic requirements of the procurement:
A It is a system that allows surgeries to
be performed with the control of a robot-
ic arm during artificial joint replacement
surgery (hip, knee) in orthopedic surgery
B It is compatible with total hip arth-
roplasty (THA), total knee arthroplasty
(TKA), and unicompartmental knee arth-
roplasty (UKA).
C It is possible to create a surgical plan
based on CT data, and the preoperative
plan can also be modified during the pro-
cedure at the discretion of the surgeon.
D Equipped with a 4K or HD compatible
camera system and monitor, it can pro-
vide high-contrast and real-time clear im-
ages.
E It has the expandability to be utilized
for the education of young doctors and
the management of surgical records, such
as recording and saving still images.
F It has ICG fluorescence imaging capa-
bilities aimed at functional evaluation of
tissues, such as blood flow assessment
and visualization of synovium and tu-
mors, enabling a quick and smooth
switch between normal light
