2競争参加資格

(3)令和7・8・9年度財務省競争参加資格
(全省庁統一資格)において業種区分が「物
品の製造」又は「物品の販売」で「A」又は
「B」の等級に格付けされ、関東・甲信越地
域の競争参加資格を有する者、又は当該競争
参加資格審査を受けていない者で、競争参加
資格審査申請書を提出し、入札書の受領期限
までに競争参加資格審査を受け競争参加資格
者名簿に登載され、当該等級に格付けされた
者であること。
(6)本公告の物品を第三者をして貸付けしよう
とする者にあっては、当該物品を自ら貸付け
できる能力を有するとともに、第三者をして
貸付けできる能力を有することを証明した者
であること。

(6)落札者の決定方法予算決算及び会計令第
79条の規定に基づいて作成された予定価格の
制限の範囲内であり、入札説明書で指定する
性能等の要求要件のうち必須とされた項目の
最低限の要求要件を全て満たしている提案を
した入札者の中から、入札説明書で定める総
合評価の方法に基づく計算を行い、得点の最
も高い者をもって落札者を決定する。
