(6)Qualifications for participating in the
tendering procedures; Supplier eligible for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall:
(a) Not come under Article 70 of the Cabi-
net Order concerning the Budget, Audit-
ing and Accounting. Furthermore, mi-
nors, Person under Conservatorship or
Person under Assistance that obtained
the consent necessary for concluding a
contract may be applicable under cases
of special reasons within the said clause ;
(b) not come under Article 71 of the Cabi-
net Order concerning the Budget, Audit-
ing and Accounting :
(c) have Grade①②A,B, D of "Service
(Ship maintenance)" Tohoku area in
terms of the qualifications for participat-
ing in the tenders by the Ministry of
Land, Infrastructure and Transport
(Single qualification for every ministry
and agency) in the fiscal year, 2025.

(d) The person who is not being suspended
from Transactions by the request of the
officials in charge of contract.
(e) not be the business operators that a
gangster influences management substan-
tially or the person who has exclusion re-
quest from Ministry of Land, Infrastruct-

次のとおり一般競争入札に付します。

2競争参加資格
(1)予算決算及び会計令第70条の規定に該当し
ない者であること。なお、未成年者、被保佐
人又は被補助人であって、契約締結のために
必要な同意を得ている者は、同条中特別の理
由がある場合に該当する。
(2)予算決算及び会計令第71条に該当しない者
であること。
(3)令和07、08、09年度防衛省競争参加資格(全
省庁統一資格)「資格の種類:物品の売買」「競
争参加地域:中国で、A又はBの等級に格
付けされた競争参加資格を有する者であるこ
と。
(4)防衛省大臣官房衛生監、防衛政策局長、防
衛装備庁長官又は陸上幕僚長から『装備品等
及び役務の調達に係る指名停止等の要領に
基づく指名停止の措置を受けている期間中の
者でないこと。
(5)前号により現に指名停止を受けている者と
資本関係又は人的関係のある者であって、当
該者と同種の物品の売買又は製造若しくは役
務請負について防衛省と契約を行おうとする
者でないこと。
