次のとおり一般競争入札に付します。

落札決定にあたっては、入札書に記載された
金額に当該金額の10パーセントに相当する額
を加算した金額(当該金額に1円未満の端数
があるときは、その端数金額を切り捨てるも
のとする。)をもって落札価格とするので、入
札者は、課税事業者であるか免税事業者であ
るかを問わず、見積もった契約金額の110分
の100に相当する金額を入札書に記載するこ
と。
2競争参加資格
(1)予算決算及び会計令第70条の規定に該当し
ない者であること。なお、未成年者、被保佐
人又は被補助人であって、契約締結のために
必要な同意を得ている者は、同条中、特別の
理由がある場合に該当する。
(2)予算決算及び会計令第71条の規定に該当し
ない者であること。
(3)令和07・08・09年度防衛省競争参加資格
(全省庁統一資格)において、東海・北陸地
域の競争参加資格を有する者のうち、「物品の
販売」又は「役務の提供等」のA、B、C又
はD等級に格付けされている者であること。

(1)入札及び契約手続において使用する言語及
び通貨日本語及び日本国通貨に限る。
(2)入札保証金及び契約保証金免除
(3)入札者に要求される事項この一般競争に
参加を希望する者は、封印した入札書のほか
に必要な証明書等を指定された期日までに提
出しなければならない。また、開札日の前日
までの間において、契約担当官から必要な証
明書等の内容に関する照会があった場合に
は、当該書類に関し説明に応じなければなら
ない。
(4)入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者のした入札及び入札の条件に違反し
た入札は無効とする。

(6)落札者の決定方法予算決算及び会計令第
79条の規定に基づいて作成された予定価格の
制限の範囲内で最低価格をもって有効な入札
を行なった入札者を落札者とする。

5 Summary

(3) Nature and quantity of the services and
products be required: Installation of alter-
native tent warehouses at Gifu air base
(4)Delivery period: As shown in the tender
document.
(5) Delivery place: As shown in the tender
document.
(6)Qualifications for participating in the
tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall:
① Not come under article 70 of the cabi-
net order concerning the budget, auditing
and accounting. Furthermore, minors,
person under conservatorship or person
under assistance that obtained the con-
sent necessary for concluding a contract
may be applicable under cases of special
reasons within the said clause.
②Not come under article 71 of the cabi-
net order concerning the budget, auditing
and accounting
③Have grade A, B, C or D on "Sale of
products" or "Offer of Service" in the
Tokai and Hokuriku area in terms of the
qualification for participating in tenders
by Ministry of Defense (Single-qualifica-
tion for every ministry and agency) in the
fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027.
④Prove they can deliver the product, on
the standard and quantity specified by
this notice.
