次のとおり物品の導入を予定していますので,
当該導入に関して資料等の提供を招請します。

A放射線治療計画システムはCT、MR画
像を用いた3次元治療計画と線量計算およ
び線量最適化が行える機能を有すること
B治療計画支援システムはCT、MR画像
を編集、入出力することで治療計画を維
持・支援するための機能を有すること,
C品質保証・管理システムは、治療の線量
精度および装置等の機械的精度を保持、保
証するための機能を有すること。
D安全性が保障された最新の性能・機能を
有するものであること。
E本院既存のネットワークシステム(病院
情報システム、部門システム、治療計画シ
ステム)とオンライン運用ができる機能を
有すること。
F個人情報保護のためのセキュリティ対策
が施されていること。
2資料及びコメントの提供方法上記1(2)の物
品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同(5)の要求要
件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライプ
ラリーに関する資料等の提供を招請する。

3説明書の交付本公表に基づき応募する供給
者に対して導入説明書を交付する。

6月20日まで,
(2)交付場所上記2(2)に同じ,
4説明会の開催本公表に基づく導入説明会を
開催する。

6 Summary

(4) Basic requirements of the procurement:
A The system must contain treatment
planning system that can perform 3D
treatment planning with computed to-
mography (CT) and magnetic resonance
imaging (MRI) and it has the functionali-
ty to perform dose calculations and dose
optimization.
B The treatment planning support system
must have the capability to maintain and
support treatment planning by editing
and input/ output of CT and MR images.
C The system must be able to perform
the Quality Assurance (QA) and the Qual-
ity Control (QC) for all units associated
with treatment delivery
D The system must be the latest equip
ments and functions with guaranteed sa-
fety.
E The system must be connected to exist-
ing network systems on-line, including
Hospital Information System, Radiot-
herapy Information System and Treat
ment Plannisng System.
F The system must have security mea
sures to protect patient information from
loss and theft
