土交通省発注の公共事業等からの排除要請が
あり、当該状態が継続している者でないこと。

本業務は、契約手続にかかる書類の授受を
電子調達システムで行う対象業務である。
なお、電子調達システムによりがたい場合
は、発注者の承諾を得て紙契約方式に代える
ものとする。

基づいて作成された予定価格の制限の範囲内
で最低の価格をもって有効な入札を行った者
を落札者とする。

5 Summary

service to be purchased or required. :
①Regularly repair service of hyd-
rographic survey vessel SHOYO
(2)Regularly repair service of hyd-
rographic survey vessel MEIYO.
(4) Delivery limit : 27. March. 2026.
(5)Delivery place: The shipyard which will
contract for repair.
(6)Qualifications for participating in the
tendering procedures; Supplier eligible for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall:
(a) not come under Article 70 of the Cabi-
net Order concerning the Budget, Audit-
ing and Accounting. Furthermore, mi-
nors, Person under Conservatorship or
Person under Assistance that obtained
the consent necessary for concluding a
contract may be applicable under cases
of special reasons within the said clause ;
(b) not come under Article 71 of the Cabi-
net Order concerning the Budget, Audit-
ing and Accounting ;
(c) have Grade A to D level of interest in
Service in Kanto Koshinetsu area in
terms of the qualification for participat-
ing in the tenders by the Ministry of
Land, Infrastructure Transport and Tou-
rism (Single qualification for every minis-
try and agency) in the fiscal years, 2025 .

(d) The person who is not being suspended
from Transactions by the request of the
officials in charge of contract
(e) not be the business operators that a
gangster influences management substan-
tially or the person who has exclusion re-
quest from Ministry of Land, Infrastruct-
