(1)入札及び契約手続において使用する言語及
び通貨日本語及び日本国通貨
(2)入札保証金及び契約保証金免除
(3)入札者に要求される事項この一般競争に
参加を希望する者は、入札説明書に示す証明
書等を作成し、証明書等の提出期限までに提
出すること。なお、提出した証明書等につい
て説明を求められたときは、これに応じなけ
ればならない.
(4)入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者の提出した入札書及び入札者に求め
られる義務を履行しなかった者の提出した入
札書は無効とする。
(5)契約書作成の要否要
(6)落札者の決定方法上記4(3)で提出された
証明書等に基づき、本公告に示した資格を有
し、業務を履行できると支出負担行為担当官
が確認した入札者であって、予算決算及び会
計令第79条の規定に基づいて作成された予定
価格の制限の範囲内で最低価格をもって有効
な入札を行ったものを落札者とする。

5 Summary
(1)Official in charge of disbursement of the
procuring entity : OGUMA Miyuki, Deputy

(2)Classification of the services to be pro-
cured: 71,27
(3)Nature and quantity of the services to be
required : Digitization of cassette tapes in
the National Diet Library, 1,100 rolls and
10,000 frames (estimated quantity)
(4) Fulfillment period: as in the tender do-
cumentation
(5) Fulfillment place: as in the tender do-
cumentation
(6)Qualifications for participating in the
tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall
①not come under Article 70 of the Cabi-
net Order concerning the Budget, Audit-
ing and Accounting. Furthermore, mi-
nors, Person under Conservatorship or
Person under Assistance that obtained
the consent may be applicable under
cases of special reasons within the said
clause.
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabi-
net Order concerning the Budget, Audit-
ing and Accounting.
③have Grade B or C in "manufacture of
product" or "offer of services" in the
Kanto Koushin'etsu district, in terms of
the qualifications for participating in ten-
ders by the National Diet Library (Single
qualification for every ministry and agen-
cy) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027.
④ have experience of the said works,
equipment and technology for the said
works.
⑤have not had their designated contrac-
tor status suspended by the National Diet
Library.
