(3)入札者に要求される事項この一般競争に
参加を希望する者は、入札説明書で示した競
争参加に必要な証明書類を令和7年6月6日
午後5時までに提出しなければならない。入
札者は、開札日の前日までの間において支出
負担行為担当官から当該証明書類に関し説明
を求められた場合は、それに応じなければな
らない。当該証明書類に関し説明の義務を履
行しない者は落札決定の対象者としない,
(4)入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者の入札、申請書又は資料等に虚偽の
記載をした者の入札、入札に関する条件に違
反した入札及び関東農政局競争契約入札心得
第4条の3の規定に違反した者の入札は無効
とする。

(6)落札者の決定方法本公告に示した物品を
貸付できると支出負担行為担当官が判断した
証明書類を添付して入札書を提出した入札者
であって、予決令第79条の規定に基づいて作
成された予定価格の制限の範囲内で支出負担
行為担当官が入札説明書で説明する、性能、
機能、技術等(以下「性能等」という。)のう
ち、最低限の要求要件をすべて満たしている
性能等を提案した入札者の中から、支出負担
行為担当官が入札説明書で定める総合評価の
方法をもって落札者とする。

in tenders by Ministry of Agriculture, Fo-

for every ministry and agency) in the fis-
cal year 2025, 2026 and 2027
④meet the qualification requirements
which the Obligating Officer may specify
in accordance with Article 73 of the cabi-

⑤prove not to be a period of receiveng
