次のとおり一般競争入札に付します。

(6)入札方法入札金額は、請負金額の総額を
記載すること。なお、落札決定に当たっては、

り捨てるものとする。)をもって落札価格とす
るので、入札者は、消費税及び地方消費税に

務の提供等ソフトウェア開発(306)、「役
務の提供等その他(315)の区分のいずれ
かに登録された者で、ランク「A」、「B」又
は「C」の等級に格付されている者であるこ
と。

辞退届兼書類返却届(押印不要)」を添えて返
