次のとおり一般競争入札に付します。

(6)入札方法入札書に記載する金額は、各社
において設定する契約電力に対する単価(基
本料金単価)及び使用量に対する単価(電力
料金単価)を根拠とし、あらかじめ別途掲示
する月ごとの予定契約電力及び予定使用量に
基づき算出した各月の対価の履行期間に対す
る総額を記載すること。なお、落札決定に当
たっては、入札書に記載された金額に当該金
額の10パーセントに相当する額を加算した金
額(当該金額に1円未満の端数があるときは、
その端数金額を切り捨てるものとする。)を
もって落札価格とするので、入札者は、消費
税及び地方消費税に係る課税事業者であるか
免税事業者であるかを問わず、見積もった契
約金額の110分の100に相当する金額を入札書
に記載すること。
2競争参加資格
(1)予算決算及び会計令第70条の規定に該当し
ない者であること。ただし、未成年者、被保
佐人、又は被補助人であって、契約締結のた
めに必要な同意を得ている者については、こ
の限りではない。
(2)予算決算及び会計令第71条の規定に該当し
ない者であること。
(3)令和7・8・9年度厚生労働省競争参加資
格(全省庁統一参加資格)において「物品の
販売」のA、B、C又はDの等級に格付けさ
れ、中国地域の競争参加資格を有する者であ
ること。
(4)電気事業法第2条の2の規定に基づき小売
電気事業の登録を受けている者又は特定規模
電気事業者として届出を行っている者である
こと。
(5)二酸化炭素排出係数、環境への負荷低減に
関する取組み条件を満たしていること。
(6)その他契約担当役が必要と定める資格を有
する者であること。
