同(5)の要求要件等に関するコメント並びに提供
可能なライブラリーに関する資料等の提供を招
請する。

6 Summary

(4) Basic requirements of the procurement:
A The core function of the system is to be
student information management (includ-
ing student registry, curriculum, course
registration management, grade and syl-
labus management). The system must
also effectively handle, attendance man-
agement, admission fee exemptions, tui-
tion fee exemptions, tuition management,
career-support, health management, por-
tal function, student records, registration
records, and function to publish cer-
tifications automatically.
B The system must be able to provide
various types of information after aut-
henticating individual students, faculty,
and staff as 13,000 users.
C Since University of Toyama consists of
geographically dispersed campuses, the
system should provide these resources sa-
fely, robustly and reliably via campus
network.
D The system must be connected to other
systems within our university, and effec-
tive use of university resources must be
taken into consideration.
E Technical support including regular
maintenance, troubleshooting and opera-
tions consulting must be provided to
avoid system malfunctions.
