(1)契約手続きにおいて使用する言語及び通貨
は日本語及び日本国通貨に限る。
(2)入札保証金及び契約保証金免除
(3)一般競争入札参加資格の認定を受けていな
い者の参加上記2(2)に掲げる一般競争入札
参加資格の認定を受けていない者も上記3(2
により競争参加資格確認申請書及び資料を提
出することができるが、競争に参加するため
には、3(2)の期限までに当該資格の申請の受
付を済ませ、かつ、開札時までに当該資格の
認定を受けなければならない。
(4)入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格
を有しない者のした入札、競争参加資格確認
申請書又は資料に虚偽の記載をした者のした
入札並びに入札に関する条件に違反した入札
は無効とする。
(5)契約書作成の要否要
(6)落札者の決定方法独立行政法人都市再生
機構会計規程(平成16年独立行政法人都市再
生機構規程第4号)第52条の規定に基づいて
作成された予定価格の制限の範囲内で、最低
価格をもって有効な入札を行った者を落札者
とする。

① not come under Articles 331 and 332 of
the Urban Renaissance Rules
for the Operation of Accounting Practice
②have been qualified for the purpose of
"Service" through the examination of
qualifications for the participation in the
competitive tendering purchase for pro-
curing equipment by East Japan district,
Urban Renaissance Agency in the fiscal
year 2023 and 2024, 2025 and 2026.
③not be currently under a suspension of
nomination as instructed by Urban Re-
naissance Agency.
④ have a Permission to be a general car-
go automobile transport enterprise in ac-
cordance with of the Cargo Automobile
Transport Utilities Industry Low.
⑤have proven to have experienced of the
same kind resemblance services.
(6)have proven to have prepared a system
to provide rapid after-sale service for the
procured services.
