次のとおり一般競争入札に付します。

2競争参加資格
(1)国立大学法人弘前大学契約事務取扱規程第
22条及び第23条の規定に該当しない者。
(2)国の競争参加資格(全省庁統一資格)又は
本学の競争参加資格のいずれかにおいて令和
7年度に東北地域の「役務の提供」のA、B
又はC等級に格付けされている者であるこ
と。なお、本学の競争参加資格については,
本学財務部契約課にて随時受け付けている。
(3)購入物品に係る迅速なアフターサービス・
メンテナンスの体制が整備されていることを
証明した者。
(4)本公告に示した物品を契約担当役が指定す
る日時、場所に十分に納入することができる
ことを証明した者。
(5)医薬品、医療機器等の品質、有効性及び安
全性の確保等に関する法律に基づいて医療機
器の販売業の許可を得ていることを証明した
日。
(6)契約担当役から取引停止の措置を受けてい
る期間中の者でないこと。

あって、国立大学法人弘前大学契約事務取扱
規程第29条の規定に基づいて作成された予定
価格の制限の範囲内で、契約担当役が入札説
明書で定める総合評価の方法をもって落札者
を定める。

Hirosaki University.
B have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C
qualification during fiscal year2025 in
the Tohoku area in "offer of service etc'
for participating in tenders by Single qua-
lification for every ministry and agency,
or in tenders by National University Cor-
poration Hirosaki University,
C prove to have prepared a system to
provide rapid after-sale service and main-
tenance for the procured products,
D prove to have the ability to deliver the
products, required by this notice, on the
date and to the place specified by the Ob-
ligating Officer,
E prove to have obtained license for sell-
ing a medical instrument in accordance
with the Law on Securing Quality, Effica-
cy and Safety of Products including Phar-
maceuticals and medical Devices
F not be currently under a suspension of
business order as instructed by The Ob-
ligating Officer, Director (University
Hospital), National University Corpora-
tion Hirosaki University.
