(6)落札者の決定方法上記3に従い書類・資
料を添付して入札書を提出した競争参加者等
であって、上記2の競争参加資格をすべて満
たし、入札説明書において明らかにした仕様
等の要求要件のうち必須とされた項目の最低
限の要求要件をすべて満たし、当該競争参加
者等の入札価格が東京藝術大学契約規則第11
条の規定に基づいて作成された予定価格の制
限の範囲内であり、かつ、入札説明書別冊
2「評価基準」に基づき算出される総合評価
値の最も高い者をもって落札者とする。

5 Summary
(1)Official in charge of disbursement of the

(2)Classification of the products to be pro-

(3)Nature and quantity of the products to be
rent : Lease Agreement of GHP air co-
nditioning equipment for Ueno campus 1

(4)Rent period:15 years from the first day
of the month following the month in which
the equipment replacement for each build-
ing is completed.
(5)Rent place : Ueno Campus of Tokyo Uni-
versity of the Arts
(6)Qualifications for participating in the
tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall:
A not come under Article 2 and 3 of the
Regulation concerning the Contract for
Tokyo University of the Arts,
B have the Grade A or Grade B qualifica-
tion during fiscal2025 in the Kanto
Koshinetsu area in offer of services for
participating in tenders by Single qualifi-
cation for every ministry and agency,
C prove to have the ability to rent the
products concerned by themselves and by
a third party, should the products re-
quested through this notice be rent by a
third party, prove to have prepared a sys-
tem to provide maintenance for the rent
products.
D meet the qualification requirements
which president may specify in accor-
dance with Article 4 of the Regulation
E not be currently under a suspension of
business order as instructed by President,
Tokyo University of the Arts.
