次のとおり物品の導入を予定していますので、
当該導入に関して資料等の提供を招請します,

(5)調達に必要とされる基本的な要求要件
①液体クロマトグラフ質量分析計
液体クロマトグラフを含む1台以上の質
量分析計を備えること。そのうち少なくと
も1台の質量分析計は高分解能型であり、
複雑成分に対しても高い同定精度を持つこ
と。また、イオン源がESI及びAPCI
に対応していること。
②ガスクロマトグラフ質量分析計
ガスクロマトグラフを含む1台以上の質
量分析計を備えること。そのうち少なくと
も1台の質量分析計は高分解能型であり,
複雑成分に対しても高い同定精度を持つこ
と。ガスクロマトグラフは、複数の試料導
入法に対応したオートサンプラーを備える
とともに、熱分解装置を備えること。
③MALDI質量分析計
MALDIに対応した飛行時間型質量分
析計を1台以上備えること。そのうち少な
くとも1台の質量分析計は高分解能型であ
り、複雑成分に対しても高い同定精度を持
つこと。
2資料及びコメントの提供方法上記1(2)の物
品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同(5)の要求要
件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライプ
ラリーに関する資料等の提供を招請する。

3説明書の交付本公表に基づき応募する供給
者に対して導入説明書を交付する。

3月31日まで,
(2)交付場所上記2(2)に同じ。
4説明会の開催本公表に基づく導入説明会を
開催する。

6 Summary

(4) Basic requirements of the procurement:
①Liquid chromatograph mass spect-
rometer
As a requirement, it must be equipped
with one or more mass spectrometers, in-
cluding a liquid chromatograph. At least
one of the mass spectrometers must be of
high-resolution type and have high identi-
fication accuracy even for complex com-
ponents. The ionization source must be
compatible with ESI and APCI.
② Gas chromatograph mass spectrometer
As a requirement, it must be equipped
with one or more mass spectrometers, in-
cluding a gas chromatograph. At least
one of the mass spectrometers must be of
high-resolution type and have high identi-
fication accuracy even for complex com-
ponents. The gas chromatograph must
have an auto-sampler that supports mul-
tiple sample injection methods, as well as
a thermal decomposition device
③ MALDI mass spectrometer
As a requirement, it must be equipped
with at least one time-of-flight mass
spectrometer compatible with MALDI
At least one of the mass spectrometers
must be of high-resolution type and have
high identification accuracy even for co-
mplex components.
