次のとおり一般競争入札に付します。

(6)入札方法落札決定に当たっては、入札書
に記載された金額に当該金額の10%に相当す
る額を加算した金額(当該金額に1円未満の
端数があるときは、その端数金額を切り捨て
るものとする。)をもって落札価格とするの
で、入札者は、消費税及び地方消費税に係る
課税事業者であるか免税事業者であるかを問
わず、見積もった契約金額の110分の100に相
当する金額を入札書に記載すること。
2競争参加資格
(1)予算決算及び会計令第70条の規定に該当し
ない者であること。
なお、未成年者、被保佐人又は被補助人あっ
て、契約締結のために必要な同意を得ている
者は、予算決算及び会計令第70条中、特別の
理由がある場合に該当する。
(2)予算決算及び会計令第71条の規定に該当し
ない者であること。
(3)令和4・5・6年度法務省競争参加資格
(全省庁統一資格)の資格の種類が「物品の
販売であって、D等級以上に格付けされ
関東・甲信越地域の競争参加資格を有する者
であること。
(4)入札説明書の交付を受けた者であること。

5 Summary
(1)Official in charge of disbursement of

(2)Classification of the products to be pro-
cured:4
(3) Nature and quantity of the products to be
purchased : Medical supplies to be used in
Ibaraki-prefecture, Tochigi-prefecture and
Gunma-prefecture institutions of the Cor-
rectional facilities. The quantity will de-
pend on the specifications
(4)Supply period : From 1 May2025through
31 March 2026.
(5) Supply place: According to specifica-
tions.
(6)Qualifications for participating in the
tendering procedures:Suppliers eligible for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall: Not come under article
70 of the cabinet order concerning the budg-
et, auditing and accounting. Furthermore,
minors, person under conservatorship or
person under Assistance that obtained the
consent necessary for concluding a contract
may be applicable under cases of special
reasons with in the said clause.②Not come
under article 71 of the cabinet order con-
cerning the budget, Auditing and Account-
ing. 3Have grade A, B, C, or D in offer of
services etc" in the Kanto-Koshinetsu area
in terms of the Ministry of Justice (Single
qualification for every ministry and agen-
cy) in the fiscal years 2022,2023 and 2024.
④An eligible person is a person whose busi-
ness condition and credit are deemed not to
be a severe degradation, and who is sure to
implement the contract.
