participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall:
①not come under Article 5 of the Regula-
tion concerning Contract for National
Hospital (NHO). Further-
more, minors, Person under Conservator-
ship or Person under Assistance that ob-
tained the consent necessary for conclud-
ing a contract may be applicable under
cases of special reasons within the said
clause:
②not come under Article 6 of the Regula-
tion concerning Contract for NHO;
3 have Grade A, B or C in "Sales of prod-
ucts" for participating in tenders by Min-
istry of Health, Labour and Welfare
(Single qualification for every ministry
and agency) in Kanto-Koshinetsu Re-
gion:
④ prove to have obtained license for sell-
ing a medical instrument in accordance
with the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law ;
⑤ prove to have prepared a system to
provide rapid response service for main-
tenance of the procedure service ;
⑥ meet the qualification requirements
which the Obligating Officer may specify
in accordance with Article 4 of the Regu-
lation:
