①システムの構成
人工心肺装置1式、全標準付属品及び
バックアップ機器を備えること。
メインポンプの装置トラブルに速やかに
対応できるシステム構成であること。
急な大量出血や回路内残血処理に対応で
きるシステム構成であること,
体外循環中の血液ガスを簡便かつ連続的
にモニタリングできるシステム構成である
こと。
②システムの性能
(A)送脱血流量連動システムを搭載してい
ること。
(B)既存の麻酔記録装置(ERGA)と接
続できること。
(C)酸素供給量(DO2)管理のサポート
機能があること。
③その他
(A)操作性及び安全性に優れていること。
(B)将来の機能拡張に対応できること。

(5) Basic requirements of the Procurement
① configuration:
It should have a Heart-lung Machine
System, all standard attachments and
backup equipment.
The system configuration must enable
rapid response to any main pump equip-
ment trouble.
The system configuration must be able
to handle sudden massive bleeding and
blood residuals in the circuit.
The system configuration must allow
for easy and continuous monitoring of
blood gases during extracorporeal circu-
lation.
② System performance:
(A) The system should be equipped with
an interlocking system for sending/re-
ceiving blood flow
(B) Ability to connect to existing anest
hesia recording equipment (ERGA).
(C) The system must have the ability to
support oxygen supply (DO2)manage-
ment.
③Others
(A) The system shall be easy to operate
and safe.
(B) The system should be able to accom-
modate future enhancements.
