(1)手続において使用する言語及び通貨
日本語及び日本国通貨に限る。
(2)入札保証金及び契約保証金
①入札保証金免除。
②契約保証金納付(保管金の取扱店:日
本銀行筑波東代理店(常陽銀行研究学園都
市支店))。ただし、利付国債の提供(保管
有価証券の取扱店:日本銀行筑波東代理店
(常陽銀行研究学園都市支店))又は金融機
関若しくは保証事業会社の保証(取扱官
庁:国土地理院)をもって契約保証金の納
付に代えることができる。また、公共工事
履行保証証券による保証を付し、若しくは
履行保証保険契約の締結を行った場合は、
契約保証金を免除する。
(3)入札の無効本公示に示した指名されるた
めに必要な要件のない者のした入札、参加表
明書に虚偽の記載をした者のした入札、無効
の技術提案をした者のした入札及び入札に関
する条件に違反した入札は無効とする。
なお、複数の業務に参加を希望している場
合は、先に開札した業務の落札決定通知を受
けた時点で、それ以降に開札される業務につ
いては、自動的に入札無効となり、落札者と
なることはない。
(4)手続における交渉の有無無。
(5)契約書の作成の要否要。
(6)関連情報を入手するための照会窓口上記
4(1)に同じ。
(7)技術提案書(履行確実性の審査に必要な部
分に限る。)のヒアリングを実施するととも
に、ヒアリングに際して追加資料の提出を求
めることがある(入札説明書参照)。
(8)本入札は、令和6年度補正予算の明許繰越
しがなされることを条件とする入札である。
