2競争参加資格
(1)本学契約事務取扱規程第22条及び第23条の
規定に該当しない者。
(2)国の競争参加資格(全省庁統一資格)又は
本学の競争参加資格のいずれかにおいて令和
6年度に東北地域の「物品の販売」のA、B
又はC等級に格付けされている者であるこ
と。なお、本学の競争参加資格については、
本学財務部契約課にて随時受け付けている。
(3)契約担当役から取引停止の措置を受けてい
る期間中の者でないこと。
(4)その他入札説明書による。

(4)落札者の決定方法本公告に示した物品を
納入できると契約担当役が判断した入札者で
あって、本学規定に基づいて作成された予定
価格の制限の範囲内で、契約担当役が入札説
明書で指定する性能、機能、技術等(以下「性
能等」という。)のうち、必須とした項目の最
低限の要求要件をすべて満たしている性能等
を提案した入札者の中から、契約担当役が入
札説明書で定める総合評価の方法をもって落
札者を定める。
