(6)入札方法入札者は、下記の(イ)及び(ロ)の合
計額を入札書に記載するものとする。(イ)消費
税が課税となるものについては、入札者が消
費税に係る課税事業者であるか免税事業者で
あるかを問わず、見積もった価格の110分の
100に相当する金額(ロ)消費税が非課税又は
不課税となるものについては、見積もった価
格
2競争参加資格
(1)造幣局契約事務規程第4条及び第5条の規
定に該当しない者であること。
(2)令和7・8・9年度財務省競争参加資格
(全省庁統一資格)又は、令和7・8・9年
度独立行政法人造幣局競争参加資格において
業種区分が「役務の提供等」で「A」、「B」
又は「C」に格付けされている者であること。
(3)各省各庁から指名停止等を受けていない者
であること。
(4)造幣局と締結した契約に関し、契約に違反
し、契約の相手方として不適当であると認め
られる者でないこと。
(5)廃棄物の処理及び清掃に関する法律(昭和
45年法律第137号)に基づく収集運搬及び処
分の許可を受けていること。なお、収集運搬
又は処分に係る許可を受けていない場合に
は、許可を受けていない事項に係る業務又は
清掃作業を受託する相手方(1者に限る。)と
連名で作成した誓約書を提出すること。
(6)温室効果ガス等の排出の削減の要素を考慮
する観点から、入札説明書に記載する基準を
満たすこと。
