(3)入札者に要求される事項この一般競争に
参加を希望する者は、入札説明書で示す証明
書・提案書等の必要資料を所定期限(別途入
札説明書で指定する期限)までに提出しなけ
ればならない。当該資料は独立行政法人国際
交流基金において審査するものとし、競争参
加資格を有する者による入札を行うものとす
る。入札者は、当該資料に関し説明を求めら
れた場合は、それに応じなければならない。
(4)入札の無効入札説明書に定める条件に違
反した入札書は無効とする。
(5)契約書作成の要否要。
(6)落札者の決定方法予定価格の制限の範囲
内で、入札説明書で指定する要求要件のうち、
必須とした項目の最低限の要求をすべて満た
している提案をした入札者の中から、入札説
明書で定める総合評価の方法をもって落札者
を定める。ただし、落札者となるべき者の入
札価格によっては、その者により当該契約の
内容に適合した履行がなされないおそれがあ
ると認められるとき、又はその者と契約を締
結することが公正な取引の秩序を乱すことと
なるおそれがあって著しく不適当であると認
められるときは、予定価格の制限の範囲内の
価格をもって入札した他の者のうち最低の価
格をもって入札した者を落札者とすることが
ある。

services: Replacement of the server with
the cloud and a lease for access points and
computers at the Japan Foundation Ja-
panese-Language Institute, Kansai.
(4) Fulfillment period:
①Replacement : by August31,2025.
②Lease: From September 1,2025, th-
rough August 31,2029.

(6)Qualifications for participating in the
tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall:
①not come under Articles 16 and 18 of
the Japan Foundation's Rules for the op-
eration of Accounting
②have Grade A, B, or C classification in
offering services in terms of the qualifica-
tion for participating in tenders (single
qualification for every ministry and agen-
cy) for fiscal years 2025, 2026, and 2027.
(3)not currently be under suspension of
nomination by the Japan Foundation or
the Foreign Affairs
④be able to reliably fulfill the terms of
the contract with the Japan Foundation
and who have no record of default, delay
or other breach of promise over the past
vear.
⑤meet the qualification requirements
which may be specified in the tender do-
cumentation.
