する。

(1)入札及び契約手続において使用する言語及
び通貨日本語及び日本国通貨に限る。
(2)入札保証金免除。
(3)契約保証金免除。
(4)入札者に要求される事項この一般競争に
参加を希望する者は、封印した入札書及び入
札説明書に示す書類を添付し受領期限までに
提出しなければならない。入札者は、開札日
の前日までの間において、分任支出負担行為
担当官から当該書類に関し説明を求められた
場合は、それに応じなければならない。
(5)入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者の提出した入札書、入札者に求めら
れる義務を履行しなかった者の提出した入札
書、入札に関する条件に違反した入札書。
(6)契約書作成の要否要。
(7)落札者の決定方法予算決算及び会計令第
79条の規定に基づいて作成された予定価格の
制限の範囲内で最低価格をもって有効な入札
を行った入札者を落札者とする。
(8)手続における交渉の有無無。

5 Summary
(1)Official in charge of disbursement of the
procuring entity : YAMASHITA Masanori,

Depot of the 2nd Air Depot, JASDF, Minis-
try of Defense.
(2)Classification of the products to be pro-
cured : 6,21,23,26
(3)Nature and quantity of the products to be
purchased:
①Office consumables, l set.
②Office furniture, l set.
3 Daily necessities, 1 set.
The items and the amount to be pur-
chased are based on the list of items of the
implementation guideline.
(4) Delivery period: as in the tender do-
cumentation
(5) Delivery place: as in the tender do-
cumentation
(6)Qualifications for participating in the
tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall:
①Not come under Article 10, each clause
except clause 11 of the law concerning re-
form of public service by introduction of
competition applied in Article 15.
②Not come under Article 70 of the Cabi-
net Order concerning the Budget, Audit-
ing and Accounting. Furthermore, mi-
nors, Person under conservatorship or
person under assistance that obtained the
consent necessary for concluding a con-
tract may be applicable under cases of
special reasons with in the said clause.
③ Not come under Article 71 of the Cabi-
net Order concerning the Budget, Audit-
ing and Accounting
④ Have Grade A, B or C in "Manufac-
ture” or “Sale” in the Kanto and Koshin-
etsu area in terms of the qualification for
participating in tenders by Ministry of
Defense (Single-qualification for every
ministry and agency) in the fiscal years
2025,2026and2027.
⑤The person who is not being suspended
from transactions by the request of the
Ministry of Defense.
