system installed at our hospital.

①本システムは独立行政法人国立病院機構
鹿児島医療センターにおける診療業務及び
経営管理業務を総合的に支援するためのも
ので、電子カルテ・オーダリングシステム
(カルテ入力、カルテ書式設定編集、カル
テ履歴参照、検査結果参照、診療予約、検
査予約、手術予約、処方指示、注射指示、
服薬指導指示、処置指示、手術指示、検査
指示、放射線指示、リハビリ指示、食事指
示、栄養指導指示、入退院指示、病棟移動
指示、看護指示、DPC指示、クリティカ
ルパス指示、病名指示等)、部門システム
(医事会計、DPC請求、自動再来受付、
自動精算、診療費管理、待合表示盤、調剤
支援(処方、調剤機器接続、薬剤情報、注
射情報等)、薬剤管理指導、血液製剤、検
体検査支援(生化学・血液・血清・一般検
査・外注等検査、採血管準備、採血受付、
細菌・病理検査、内視鏡検査、超音波検査
等)、看護支援(病床管理、看護診断、看
護支援、重症病棟管理等)、リハビリ、栄
養管理、放射線支援(画像参照・配信、レ
ポート作成・配信等)、治験管理)の業務
全般にわたり統合的に管理、参照、運営が
行われるマルチベンダー指向のシステムで
ある。
②本システムは、患者基本情報、診療情報、
画像情報など円滑に交換でき、そのために
必要な国際的な標準規格に準拠した通信規
格、データ形式を提供できること。
③本システムは、業務用データベースとは
独立した、患者の臨床データ、情報を長期
的総合的に蓄積管理できる機能を有するこ
と。
④本システムは、要求機能を達成するため
に十分なデータ処理機器、端末、ネットワー
クを保有すること。
⑤本システムは、各部門で使用している医
療機器及びシステムに対するインターフェ
イスを有すること。
⑥本システムのうち、病院業務に不可欠な
システムは24時間、無人であっても自動稼
働し、安全で容易に運用できること。また、
システム障害対策が十分になされているこ
と。
⑦利用者層に応じたデータのアクセス権が
設定できること。また、プライバシーの保
護及びセキュリティ対策が十分になされて
いること。
⑧本システムは、病院経営、診療業務を高
度に支援するため、最新の技術に基づくこ
と。また操作性及び応答時間は十分実業務
に対応できること。さらに各種データの二
次利用が可能であること。

① This system will be the integration sys-

Organization Kagoshima Medical Center.
This system will be composed of Order-

the system which refers to a test result,
medical examination and treatment res-
ervation system, inspection reservation
system, operation reservation system,
prescription, injection, medication, guid-
ance, measures instructions, operation in-
structions, inspection instructions, X-ray
examination instructions, rehabilitation
instructions, lunch instructions, nutrition-
al instruction and guidance, hospitaliza-
tion and release instructions, ward move-
ment instructions, nursing instructions.
instructions of DPC, critical path, name
of disease instructions, etc. The section
system: Medical affairs accounts, DPC
request, automatic second coming recep-
tion system, automatic fare adjustment
system, credit management, waiting for
indication board, compounding of medi-
cines support (prescription inspection
compounding of medicines machinery
connection, medicine information, injec-
tion compounding of medicines) medicine
management guidance, human-blood-bas-
ed manufactured blood, laboratory deter-
