(1)契約手続において使用する言語及び通貨
日本語及び日本国通貨。
(2)入札保証金及び契約保証金免除,
(3)入札者に求められる義務この一般競争に
参加する者は、封印した入札書の他に本公告
に示した物品を納入できることを証明する書
類及び本研究所の交付する仕様書に基づく技
術審査資料を添付して受領期限までに提出し
なければならない。なお、入札者は開札日の3
日前までの間において、当該書類に関し説明
を求められた場合は、それに応じなければな
らない。
(4)入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者のした入札及び入札者に求められる
義務を履行しなかった者のした入札は無効と
する。
(5)契約書作成の要否要。
(6)落札者の決定方法予定価格の制限の範囲
内で最低価格をもって有効な入札者を落札者
とする。
(7)手続きにおける交渉の有無無。
(8)その他詳細は入札説明書による。
(9)本公告は令和7年度予算の成立を前提に行
うものである。
