(5)入札方法落札決定に当たっては、入札書
に記載された金額に当該金額の100分の10に
相当する額を加算した金額(当該金額に1円
未満の端数があるときは、その端数金額を切
り捨てた金額とする。)をもって落札価格とす
るので、入札者は、消費税(及び地方消費税)
に係る課税事業者であるか免税事業者である
かを問わず、見積もった契約希望金額の110
分の100に相当する金額を入札書に記載する
こと。
2競争参加資格
(1)独立行政法人都市再生機構会計実施細則
(平成16年独立行政法人都市再生機構達第95
号)第331条及び第332条の規定に該当する者
でないこと。
(2)令和5・6年度独立行政法人都市再生機構
西日本地区物品購入等の契約に係る競争参加
資格審査において開札時までに業種区分「役
務提供」の資格を有すると認定された者であ
ること。併せて上記地区における令和7・8
年度の一般競争参加資格について、定期受付
方法による申請を完了しており、令和7年4
月1日付で一般競争参加資格を得、上記業種
区分による競争参加資格の認定を受けている
こと。
(3)競争参加資格確認申請書等の受領期限の日
から開札の時までの期間に、当機構から本件
業務の実施場所を含む区域を措置対象区域と
する指名停止の通知を受けている期間中でな
いこと。
(4)暴力団又は暴力団員が実質的に経営を支配
する者若しくはこれに準ずる者でないこと。
(5)一般貨物自動車運送営業について、貨物自
動車運送事業法(令和元年法律83号)第3条
に定める一般貨物自動車運送事業の許可を受
けていること。
(6)令和元年度以降において、100人規模のオ
フィスの引越業務を元請として受注した実績
があること。
(7)令和元年度以降において、100人規模のオ
フィスの移転等に伴うレイアウト変更作業を
元請として受注した実績があること。

4その他
(1)契約手続において使用する言語及び通貨
日本語及び日本国通貨に限る。
(2)入札保証金及び契約保証金免除
(3)入札者に要求される事項この競争に参加
を希望する者は、封かんした入札書のほかに
必要な証明書等を入札書の提出期限までに提
出しなければならない。また、開札日の前日
までの間において必要な証明書等の内容に関
する契約担当役からの照会のあった場合に
は、説明しなければならない。
(4)入札の無効競争に参加する資格を有しな
い者のした入札及び入札の条件に違反した入
札は無効とする。

(6)落札者の決定方法独立行政法人都市再生
機構会計規程(平成16年独立行政法人都市再
生機構規程第4号)第52条の規定に基づいて
作成された予定価格の制限の範囲内で最低価
格をもって有効な入札を行った者を落札者と
する。
