(1)契約手続きにおいて使用する言語及び通貨
日本語及び日本国通貨に限る.
(2)入札保証金及び契約保証金免除。
(3)入札者に要求される事項
①電子調達システムにより参加を希望する
者は、証明書等を3(3)①の提出期限までに、
3(1)に示すURLに提出しなければならな
い。
②紙入札方式により参加を希望する者は、
必要な証明書等を3(3)①の提出期限まで
に、3(1)に示す場所に提出しなければなら
ない。
③開札日の前日までの間において支出負担
行為担当官から証明書等の内容に関する照
会があった場合には、説明しなければなら
ない。
(4)入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格
を有しない者のした入札、証明書等に虚偽の
記載をした者のした入札、入札に関する条件
に違反した入札、記名を欠く入札(押印を省
略する場合、「本件責任者及び担当者の氏
名・連絡先の記載がない入札)は無効とする。

(5)契約書の作成の要否要。
本業務は、契約手続にかかる書類の授受を
電子調達システムで行う対象案件である。な
お、電子調達システムによりがたい場合は、
発注者の承諾を得て紙契約方式に代えるもの
とする。
(6)落札者の決定方法予算決算及び会計令第
79条の規定に基づいて作成された予定価格の
制限の範囲内で最低価格をもって有効な入札
を行った者を落札者とする。ただし、落札者
となるべき者の入札価格によっては、その者
により当該契約の内容に適合した履行がなさ
れないおそれがあると認められるとき、又は
その者と契約を締結することが公正な取引の
秩序を乱すこととなるおそれがあって著しく
不適当であると認められるときは、予定価格
の制限の範囲内の価格をもって入札した他の
者のうち最低の価格をもって入札した者を落
札者とすることがある。

② have Grade A or B on "sale of product'
or "manufacture of in Kanto
Koushinetsu Area in terms of qualifica-
tion for participating in tenders by Minis-
try of Land, Infrastructure, Transport
and Tourism (Single qualification for
every ministry and agency) in the fiscal
year2025/2026/2027
③not be under suspension of nomination
by Director-General of Kanto Regional
Development Bureau from Time-limit for
the submission of application forms and
relevant documents for qualification to
Bid Opening
④not be the Building constructor that a
gangster influences management substan-
tially or the person who has exclusion re-
quest from Ministry of Land, Infrastruct-
ure, Transport and Tourism is continuing
state concerned.
⑤The person who obtained a bid manual
from the person of ordering directly.
⑥ Have proven to have the performance
concerned to the after 1 April 2009
