(1)契約手続において使用する言語及び通貨
日本語及び日本国通貨。
(2)入札保証金及び契約保証金免除
(3)入札者に要求される事項この競争に参加
を希望する者は、上記2に示す必要な証明書
等を所定の提出期限までに上記3(1)に示す場
所に提出しなければならない。また、開札日
の前日までの間において、提出した書類の内
容に関する当所からの照会があった場合に
は、それについて説明しなければならない。
(4)入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者の提出した入札書及び入札に関する
条件に違反した者の提出した入札書は無効と
する。
(5)契約書作成の要否要
(6)落札者の決定方法国立研究開発法人土木
研究所契約事務取扱細則第12条の規定に基づ
いて作成された予定価格の制限の範囲内で最
低価格をもって有効な入札を行った者を落札
者とする。ただし、落札者となるべき者の入
札価格によっては、その者により当該契約の
内容に適合した履行がなされないおそれがあ
ると認められるとき、又はその者と契約を締
結することが公正な取引の秩序を乱すことと
なるおそれがあって著しく不適当であると認
められるときは、予定価格の制限の範囲内の
価格をもって入札した他の者のうち、最低の
価格をもって入札した者を落札者とすること
がある。
