(6)落札者の決定方法
①②③④⑧予決令第79条の規定に基づいて
作成された予定価格の制限の範囲内で最低
価格をもって有効な入札を行った入札者を
落札者とする。
⑤⑥⑦⑨⑩⑪本公告に示した調達内容を履
行できると支出負担行為担当官が判断した
資料を提出した入札者であって、予決令第
79条の規定に基づいて作成された予定価格
の制限の範囲内で最低価格をもって有効な
入札を行った入札者を落札者とする。ただ
し、落札者となるべき者の入札価格によっ
ては、その者により当該契約の内容に適合
した履行がされない恐れがあると認められ
るとき、又はその者と契約することが公正
な取り引きの秩序を乱すおそれがあって著
しく不適当であると認められるときは、予
定価格の範囲内の価格をもって申し込みを
した他の者のうち、最低の価格をもって申
込みをした者を落札者とする。
