(6)Qualification for participating in the ten-
dering for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall:
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabi-
net Order concerning the Budget, Audit-
ing and Accounting. Furthermore, mi-
nors, Person under Conservatorship or
Person under Assistance that obtained
the consent necessary for concluding a
contract may be applicable under cases
of special reasons within the said clause.
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabi-
net Order concerning the Budget, Audit-
ing and Accounting.
③(Participation to bid for April part)
have Grade "A", "B" or "C" in terms of the
qualification "sale of product" for partici-
pating in tenders by Ministry of Agricul-
ture, Forestry and Fisheries (Single quali-
fication for every ministry and agency) in
the fiscal year 2022, 2023 and 2024.
④(Participation to bid for from May to
September part) have Grade "A", "B" or
"C" in terms of the qualification "sale of
product" for participating in tenders by
Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and
Fisheries (Single qualification for every
ministry and agency) in the fiscal year
2025,2026 and 2027
⑤ prove not to be a period of receiving
nomination stop from the contracting of-
ficer etc.
⑥ meet the qualification requirements
which the Obligating Officer may specify
in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabi-
net Order
