(1)契約手続において使用する言語及び通貨
日本語及び日本国通貨
(2)入札保証金及び契約保証金免除
(3)入札者に要求される事項この一般競争に
参加を希望する者は、競争参加資格に関する
証明書等及び支出負担行為担当官が別に指定
する暴力団等に該当しない旨の誓約書を令和
7年3月24日12時00分までに提出しなければ
ならない。
入札者は、開札日の前日までの間において、
支出負担行為担当官から当該書類に関し説明
を求められた場合は、それに応じなければな
らない。
(4)入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者の提出した入札書、入札者に求めら
れる義務を履行しなかった者の提出した入札
書、その他入札の条件に違反した者の提出し
た入札書は無効とする。また、入札に参加し
た者が、(3)の誓約書を提出せず、又は虚偽の
誓約をし、若しくは誓約書に反することと
なったときは、当該者の入札を無効とするも
のとする。
(5)契約書作成の要否要
(6)落札者の決定方法本公告に示した役務を
提供できると支出負担行為担当官が判断した
資料を添付して入札書を提出した入札者で
あって、予算決算及び会計令第79条の規定に
基づいて作成された予定価格の制限の範囲内
で最低価格をもって有効な入札を行った入札
者を落札者とする。ただし、落札者となるべ
き者の入札価格によっては、その者により当
該契約の内容に適合した履行がなされないお
それがあると認められるとき、又はその者と
契約を締結することが公正な取引の秩序を乱
すこととなるおそれがあって著しく不適当で
あると認められるときは、予定価格の制限の
範囲内の価格をもって入札した他の者のうち
最低の価格をもって入札した者を落札者とす
ることがある。
