5 Summary

④ not be under suspension of nomination
by Director General of Kyusyu Regional
Development Bureau from time-limit for

⑤ acquire the electric certificate in case
of using the Electric Procurement system

次のとおり一般競争入札に付します。

(6) 入札方法 落札者の決定は、総合評価方式
をもって行うので、総合評価のための性能・
機能・技術能力等に関する書類（以下「総合
評価のための書類」という。）を提出すること。
なお、落札決定に当たっては、入札書に記
載された金額に当該金額の100分の10に相当
する額を加算した金額（当該金額に1円未満
の端数があるときは、その端数金額を切り捨
てるものとする。）をもって落札価格とするの
で、入札者は、消費税及び地方消費税に係る
課税事業者であるか免税事業者であるかを問
わず、見積もった契約金額の110分の100に相
当する金額を入札書に記載すること。
(7) 電子調達システムの利用 本案件は、競争
参加資格確認申請書、総合評価のための書類
及びそれらの添付書類（以下、「申請書等」と
いう。）の提出並びに入札及び契約を電子調達
システムで行う対象案件である。なお、電子
調達システムによりがたい場合は、紙入札方
式参加願、紙契約方式承諾願を提出するもの
とする。
2 競争参加資格
次に掲げる条件を満たしている者であるこ
と。
(1) 予算決算及び会計令第70条及び第71条の規
定に該当しない者であること。
(2) 令和7・8・9年度一般競争（指名競争）
参加資格（全省庁統一資格）「役務の提供等」
の競争参加地域を九州・沖縄地域として申請
している者であること。

のA、B又はC等級に格付けされた九州・沖
縄地域の競争参加資格を令和7年4月1日時
点において有する者であること。
一般競争（指名競争）参加資格（全省庁統
一資格）の申請の時期及び場所については、
「競争参加者の資格に関する公示」（令和6年
3月29日付官報）に記載されている時期及び
場所で申請を受け付ける。
(3) 会社更生法（平成14年法律第154号）に基
づき更生手続開始の申し立て又は民事再生法
（平成11年法律第225号）に基づき再生手続
開始の申し立てがなされていない者（競争参
加資格に関する公示に基づく再申請の手続き
を行った者を除く。）であること。
(4) 九州地方整備局の管轄区域（福岡県、佐賀
県、長崎県、大分県、熊本県、宮崎県又は鹿
児島県）内に本店又は支店等の拠点を有した
者であること。
(5) 入札説明書に示す履行実績があることを証
明した者であること。
