1 調達内容

(2) 購入等件名及び数量 農林水産省研究ネットワーク（MAFFIN）設備運用支援、総合監視及び分析業務 一式
(3) 調達案件の仕様等 入札説明書による。

(6) 入札方法 落札者の決定は、入札書に記載された金額に当該金額の10パーセントに相当する額を加算した金額（当該金額に1円未満の端数があるときは、その端数金額を切り捨てるものとする。）をもって落札価格とするの
で、入札者は消費税及び地方消費税に係る課税事業者であるか免税事業者であるかを問わず、見積もった金額の110分の100に相当する金額を入札書に記載すること。
2 競争参加資格
(1) 予算決算及び会計令第70条の規定に該当しない者であること。なお、未成年者、被保佐人又は被補助人であって、契約締結のために必要な同意を得ている者は、同条中、特別の理由がある場合に該当する。
(2) 予算決算及び会計令第71条の規定に該当しない者であること。
(3) 令和4・5・6年度農林水産省競争参加資格（全省庁統一資格「役務の提供等」において、「A」又は「B」の等級に格付されている者であること。
(4) 農林水産技術会議事務局筑波産学連携支援センター物品の製造契約、物品の購入契約及び役務等契約指名停止等措置要領（平成28年4月5日付け28農会筑第10号）に基づく指名停止を受けている期間中の者でないこと。
(5) その他の競争参加資格については、入札説明書による。

(6) Qualification for participating in the ten-
dering procedures: Suppliers eligible for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabi-
net Order concerning the Budget, Audit-
ing and Accounting. Furthermore, mi-
nors, Person under Conservatorship or
Person under Assistance that obtained
the consent necessary for concluding a
contract may be applicable under cases
of special reasons within the said clause.
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabi-
net Order concerning the Budget, Audit-
ing and Accounting.
③ have the Grade “A” or “B” in terms of
qualification “Provision of services” for
participating in tenders by Ministry of
Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries
(Single qualification for every ministry
and agency) in the fiscal year 2022, 2023
and 2024.
④ meet the qualification requirements
which the Obligating Officer may specify
in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabi-
net Order.
⑤ Prove not to be a period of receiving
nomination stop from the contracting of-
ficer etc.
