(6) 入札方法 入札は、鳥取県から山口県まで、各県ごとに順次行う。
なお、落札決定に当たっては、入札書に記載された金額のうち消費税及び地方消費税（以下「消費税等」という。）の課税対象となる金額の10%に相当する額を加算した金額（当該金額に1円未満の端数があるときは、その端数金額を切り捨てるものとする。）と消費税等の課税対象とならない金額の合計金額をもって落札価格とするので、入札者は、消費税に係る課税事業者であるか免税事業者であるかを問わず、見積もった契約金額のうち消費税等の課税対象となる金額の110分の100に相当する金額と消費税等の課税対象とならない金額の合計金額を入札書に記載すること。おって、契約に当たっては、自動車損害賠償責任保険及び自動車重量税も含めて契約するため、自動車損害賠償責任保険及び自動車重量税も記載すること。

(3) 令和4・5・6年度財務省競争参加資格（全省庁統一資格）において、業種区分が「物品の販売」又は「役務の提供等」の「A」、「B」、「C」又は「D」の等級に格付けされ、中国地域の競争参加資格を有する者、又は当該競争参加資格を有していない者であって、入札
書の受領期限までに競争参加資格審査を受け、「物品の販売」又は「役務の提供等」の「A」、「B」、「C」又は「D」の等級に格付けされた者であること。
