年間予定使用電力量 30,894,668kWh
(3) 調達案件の仕様等 入札説明書による。

(6) 入札方法 入札金額は、当所が入札説明書において別途指定する施設ごとに、各社において設定する契約電力に対する単価（基本料金単価）及び使用電力量に対する単価（電力量料金単価）を根拠とし、当所が提示する契約電力及び予定使用電力量の対価を入札金額とすること。
2 競争参加資格
(1) 予算決算及び会計令第70条の規定に該当しない者であること。
なお、未成年者、被保佐人又は被補助人であって、契約締結のために必要な同意を得ている者は、同条中、特別の理由がある場合に該当する。
(2) 予算決算及び会計令第71条の規定に該当しない者であること。
(3) 令和4・5・6年度法務省競争参加資格(全省庁統一資格)「物品の販売」において「A」又は「B」の等級に格付けされ、近畿地域の競争参加資格を有する者であること。
(4) 電気事業法第2条の2の規定に基づき、小売電気事業の登録を受けている者であること。
(5) 予算決算及び会計令第73条の規定に基づき、支出負担行為担当官が定める資格を有する者であること。

(2) 入札説明書の交付方法 本公告の日から令和7年1月23日（ただし、9時00分から16時00分）までの間に上記3(1)の場所及び電子調達システムにおいて交付する。
(3) 入札説明会の日時及び場所 上記3(1)の場所で上記3(2)の間に随時行う。
(4) 入札書の受領期限 令和7年1月30日17時00分まで

(3) 入札の無効 本公告に示した競争参加資格のない者がした入札及び入札に関する条件に違反した入札は、無効とする。

5 Summary

(6) The tenderer may use “Government e-Procurement System” for the proposed tender.
(7) Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall: ①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Persons under Conservator-
ship or Persons under Assistance who have obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③Have the Grade A or B in “Sale of product” in the Kinki area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) for the purpose of procurement in the fiscal years 2022, 2023, and 2024. ④Have permission to be a retail electric enterprise in accordance with Article 2-2 of the Electricity Business Act. ⑤Meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
