(6) 入札方法 落札決定に当たっては、入札書に記載された金額に当該金額の10パーセントに相当する額を加算した金額（当該金額に1円未満の端数があるときは、その端数金額を切り捨てるものとする。）をもって落札価格とするので、入札者は、消費税に係る課税事業者であるか免税事業者であるかを問わず、見積もった契約金額の110分の100に相当する金額を入札書に記載すること。

(6) Qualification for participating in the bidding procedures: Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed bid are those who shall: (a) not apply to Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing, and Accounting (however, minors, persons under curatorship, or persons under assistance who obtained the consent necessary
for concluding a contract may be applicable to the status of special reasons within the said article); (b) not apply to Article 71 of the above-mentioned Cabinet Order; (c) be ranked as Grade A in Offering Service classification in terms of the qualification for participating in bids required by the Supreme Court (single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024; (d) have not received suspension of designated contractor status from the Supreme Court at the time of the opening of bids; and (e) meet the qualification requirement which the obligated officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the above-mentioned Cabinet Order
(7) The time and place of application for the qualification of (6) shall be in the manner of application for single qualification for every ministry and agency
(8) Time-limit for submission of proposal documents: Noon, January 30, 2025
(9) Time-limit for bid: 5:00 p.m., March 10, 2025
