(2) 入札説明書の交付方法 本公告の日から上
記3(1)の交付場所にて交付する。また、電子
メールでの交付を希望する者は必要事項（公
告掲載日、件名、住所、社名、担当者所属及
び氏名、電話番号）を記入し3(1)のアドレス
に申し込むこと。ただし、交付は土曜、日曜、
祝日及び年末年始（12月29日～1月3日）を
除く平日に行う。

(1) 契約手続に用いる言語及び通貨
日本語及び日本国通貨
(2) 入札保証金及び契約保証金 免除
(3) 入札者に要求される事項 この一般競争に
参加を希望する者は、封かんした入札書及び
入札説明書に定める書面を本公告及び入札説
明書に定める期限までに提出しなければなら
ない。入札者は、開札日の前日までの間にお
いて、当機構から当該書類に関し説明を求め
られた場合は、それに応じなければならない。
(4) 入札の無効 本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者の提出した入札書、入札者に求めら
れる義務を履行しなかった者の提出した入札
書、その他入札説明書による。
(5) 契約書作成の要否 要
(6) 落札者の決定方法 本公告に示した物品を
納入できると契約責任者が判断した入札者で
あって、国立研究開発法人量子科学技術研究
開発機構が作成した予定価格の制限の範囲内
で最低価格をもって有効な入札を行った入札
者を落札者とする。

入札説明書等で当該調達に関する環境上の条
件が定められている場合は、十分理解した上
で応札すること。

A not come under Article 10 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for National Institutes for Quantum Science and Technology, Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause,
B not come under Article 11(1) of the Regulation concerning the Contract for National Institutes for Quantum Science and Technology
C have qualification for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency during fiscal 2024,
D prove to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sale service and maintenance for the procured products,
E not be currently under suspension of business order as instructed by National Institutes for Quantum Science and Technology,
F be able to prove that the technical requirements required by the National Institutes for Quantum Science and Technology are met.
