(6) 入札方法 入札金額は、福岡地方・家庭裁判所小倉支部庁舎、福岡地方・家庭裁判所久留米支部庁舎、福岡地方・家庭裁判所飯塚支部庁舎及び福岡地方・家庭裁判所田川支部庁舎について、各社において設定する契約電力に対する単価(kW単価、同一月においては単一のものとする。)及び使用電力量に対する
2 競争参加資格
(1) 予算決算及び会計令第70条の規定に該当し
ない者であること。なお、未成年者、被保佐
人又は被補助人であって、契約締結のために
必要な同意を得ている者は、同条中、特別の
理由がある場合に該当する。
(2) 予算決算及び会計令第71条の規定に該当し
ない者であること。
(3) 令和04・05・06年度最高裁判所競争参加資
格(全省庁統一資格)の「物品の販売」にお
いてA、B又はC等級に格付けされ、九州・
沖縄地域の競争参加資格を有する者であること。
なお、C等級の者は、本人札公告と同等以
上の仕様の業務をした実績を証明することが
できる者であること。
(4) 電気事業法第2条の2の規定に基づき、小
売電気事業の登録を受けていること。
(5) 予算決算及び会計令第73条の規定に基づ
き、支出負担行為担当官が定める資格を有す
る者であること。
(6) 開札時において、最高裁判所から指名の対象外とすることを定める措置を受けていないこと。
(7) 入札説明書の交付を受けた者であること。
3 上記2(3)の資格の申請の時期及び場所は、全
省庁統一資格申請の方法による。

12月20日までの各開庁日午前9時00分から午
後5時00分までの間、交付する。

5 その他
(1) 契約手続において使用する言語及び通貨
日本語及び日本国通貨に限る。
(2) 入札保証金及び契約保証金 免除。
(3) 入札の無効 本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者の提出した入札書、入札者に求めら
れる義務を履行しなかった者の提出した入札
書その他入札の条件に違反した者の提出した
入札書は無効とする。
(4) 契約書作成の要否 要。
(5) 落札者の決定方法 予算決算及び会計令第
79条の規定に基づいて作成された予定価格の
制限の範囲内で最低価格をもって有効な入札
を行った入札者を落札者とする。
(6) 入札者に要求される事項 この一般競争に
参加を希望する者は、本公告に示した業務が
履行できることを証明する書類を指定する期
日までに提出しなければならない。入札者は
支出負担行為担当官から当該書類に関し説明
を求められた場合は、これに応じなければならない。

(6) Qualification for participating in the bidding procedures: Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed bid are those who shall: ①not apply to Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting (however, minors, persons under curatorship, or persons under assistance who obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable to the status of special reasons within the said article); ②not apply to Article 71 of the above-mentioned Cabinet Order; ③ have Grade A, B or C in Selling classification in terms of the qualification for participating in bids required by the Supreme
Court (single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022,
2023 and 2024 and meet the qualification for
participating in bids within Kyushu-Okinawa region; besides, those who have
Grade C in the said classification need to be
able to prove the record of experience of
supplying equivalent or superior electric
power to the case of this bid notice; ④have
a license to be a General Electricity Utility
in accordance with Article 2, paragraph 2
of the retail electricity company; ⑤meet
the qualification requirement which the obligated officer may specify in accordance
with Article 73 of the above-mentioned Cabinet Order; ⑥have not received suspension of designated contractor status from
the Supreme Court at the time of the opening bids; and ⑦be a person who took an
explanatory paper for the bid
(7) The time and place of application for the
qualification of (6)③ shall be in the manner
of application for single qualification for
every ministry and agency
