次のとおり物品の導入を予定していますので、当該導入に関して資料等の提供を招請します。

(5) 調達に必要とされる基本的な要求要件
① 本システムは、セントラルモニタ、ベッドサイドモニタにより構成されること。
② ICU、CCU、HCUの各部門に対応したベッドサイドモニタを有し、各部門のナースステーション内に設置するセントラルモニタで集中管理できるシステムであること。
③ ベッドサイドモニタは、心電図、呼吸数、酸素飽和度、観血血圧、非観血血圧、体温等が測定でき、波形表示及び数値表示ができること。
④ ベッドサイドモニタで取得した波形データを出力し、30日間以上サーバーに保存して、必要に応じて参照や印刷ができること。
⑤ 患者の急変時にそのアラーム情報を医療スタッフに迅速に伝えるとともに、過去のアラームステータスを一覧で情報管理するための画面を有すること。
⑥ 不整脈発生時にアラームで通知する不整脈解析機能を有すること。
⑦ 重篤なアラームの見逃しを防ぐために、アラームは患者毎に解除できること。
⑧ ベッドサイドモニタは、患者毎に、パラメータやアラーム設定を変更できる機能を有すること。
⑨ 操作メニューの表示は、日本語であること。
⑩ 人工呼吸器等の外部機器データを取り込み、ベッドサイドモニタ及びセントラルモニタで表示ができること。
⑪ 当院の病院情報システムとの連携が可能であること。
2 資料及びコメントの提供方法 上記1(2)の物品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同(5)の要求要件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライブラリーに関する資料等の提供を招請する。

3 説明書の交付 本公告に基づき応募する供給者に対して導入説明書を交付する。
(1) 交付期間 令和6年11月11日から令和6年12月27日まで。
(2) 交付場所 上記2(2)に同じ。
4 その他 この導入計画の詳細は導入説明書による。なお、本公告内容は予定であり、変更することがあり得る。
5 Summary

(4) Basic requirements of the procurement :
① The system consists of central monitors and bedside monitors
② The system shall have bedside monitors suitable for each ICU, CCU and HCU department and be centrally controlled by a central monitor installed in the nurses' station in each department
③ Bedside monitors shall be able to measure ECG, RR, SpO2, NIBP, IBP, temperature, etc., and display waveforms and numerical values
④ Waveform data acquired by the bedside monitor can be output and stored on a server for more than 30 days, allowing it to be viewed or printed as needed
⑤ The system shall have a function to promptly inform medical staff of alarms in the event of a sudden change in a patient and a screen to manage information on a list of past alarm statuses
⑥ The system shall have an arrhythmia analysis function that notifies the user with an alarm in the event of an arrhythmia
⑦ Alarms should be able to be deactivated on a patient-by-patient basis to prevent serious alarms being missed
⑧ Bedside monitors shall be able to change parameters and alarm settings for each patient
⑨ The operating menu must be displayed in Japanese
⑩ Data from external equipment such as ventilators shall be able to be imported and displayed on bedside monitors and central monitors
⑪ It must be possible to link with our hospital information system
