(6) Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall:

(4) have permission to be a gas retailer in accordance with Article 3 of the Gas Utility Industry Law.
(5) Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO₂.
(7) Time-limit of tender: 3:00 PM, 24 December 2024. The tender documents must reach us without fail by 5:00 PM, 18 December 2024. Whether they are mailed or brought to us by a messenger.
