5 Summary
(1) Official in charge of disbursement of the
procuring entity: KIZAKI Kazumi, The Ob-
ligating Officer Director-General Adminis-

(3) Nature and quantity of the products to be
purchased: Electricity for use in Saitama
University Ohkubo Campus 1 set.
(4) Delivery period: From 1 April, 2025 th-
rough 31 March, 2026
(5) Delivery place: Saitama University
(6) Qualifications for participating in the
tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall:
A not come under Article 4 and 5 of the
Regulation concerning the Contract for
Saitama University,
B have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C
qualification during fiscal 2024 in the
Kanto・Koshinetsu area in sales of prod-
uct for participating in tenders by Single
qualification for every ministry and agen-
cy, or in tenders by National University
Corporation Saitama University.
C have permission to be a general elec-
tric enterprise in accordance with Article
2-2, Section 1 of the Electricity Utilities
Industry Law,
D Fulfill the requirement mentioned in
the tender manual that are stated from
the viewpoint of reducing CO₂.
E not be currently under a suspension of
business order as instructed by The Ob-
ligating Officer.
